Where things live

The participant list, activity records and merchandise orders sit under Operations, alongside the tools for correcting them. Team configuration has its own section.

The rule that saves you

Correct data; do not delete it.

Deleting a participant who has paid does not refund them, and it removes your own record of a transaction your payment provider still holds. Almost every problem that looks like it needs a deletion actually needs a refund or an edit.
