What comes from where
Pages carry the content. The Appearance settings carry the look, and Branding carries the images.
That separation is why a page you build already matches the rest of your site without you styling anything, and why changing your theme changes every page at once.
The two pages that matter most
The landing page. Most visitors see this and nothing else. It must say what the event is, when it happens, what it costs, and give an obvious way to register. Everything else is optional.
The FAQ. Every question answered here is one you do not answer by email, individually, forty times.
Everything else on your site is worth having and will be read by a minority.
Publishing
A page is not live until published. If a page looks right in the builder and is missing from the site, that is almost always why.
